Suzanne Gonzales-Webb, CPhT

Suzanne Gonzales-Webb, CPhT has a long history of work experience in a variety of roles. From 2001 to 2018, they were an Instructor and Certified Instructor of Children's Aikido classes at San Diego Aikikai/Birankai North America. From 2005 to 2009, they were a Membership Coordinator and Corporate Secretary at Birankai North America, and also served as Personal Secretary to TK Chiba Sensei. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Co-Chair of Community Based Care and Privacy at Health Level Seven International. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Project Manager and Senior Information Security Analyst at Engility Corporation (Dynamic Research Corporation, High Performance Technology). From 2012 to 2017, they were a Security Analyst at Jericho Systems. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Project Manager at Book Zurman, Inc. and from 2019 to 2022, they were an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Mesa Community College. Lastly, since 2018, they have been the Owner and Chief Instructor of Aikido at Desert Aikikai. Since 2005, they have also been an NDMS DMAT CA-4 Licensed Pharmacy Technician (Intermittent/Reservist) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Suzanne Gonzales-Webb, CPhT has an extensive educational background. Suzanne obtained an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Ventura College in 1984-1986, and then studied Chemistry and Biochemistry at Mount Saint Mary's University in 1983-1984. In 1986-1987, they continued their studies in Chemistry at California State University, Northridge. Suzanne then obtained a Systems Engineering Certificate Program from UC San Diego Extended Studies in 1999-2002, and a Project Management Certificate Program from UC San Diego Extended Studies in 2003-2005. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Redlands in 2010-2012. Additionally, they have certifications in Project Management and Systems Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
