Joelle Bailey has worked in various roles since 2003. Joelle began their career as a Technology Aide at Galloway Community Charter School, where they maintained inventory and upkeep for 200 sitewide desktop PCs, emphasized web etiquette and practical applications of technology for professional use, and helped individuals develop life skills, improve knowledge, and enhance vocational skills. In 2007, they took on the role of Family Specialist with The Bailey Family. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Galloway Community Charter School, where they performed general office duties, including answering multi-line phone system, routing calls, delivering messages to staff, and issued passes to maintain security. Joelle also screened qualified potential employees and created and completed personnel action forms for all hires, terminations, title changes, and terminations. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a C Suite Executive Assistant Independent Contractor at BELAY, where they prepared documents, reports, and presentations for executives and board members using advanced software proficiencies, contributed to smooth business operations by planning and organizing meetings and conferences, including conference calls, and handled logistics, catering, and HR. Finally, since 2020, they have worked as a Sr. Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Executive Team at Cognitive Space.
Joelle Bailey attended Mercer County Community College for Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, Ocean County Vocational Technical School for Medical Terminology, and Ocean County Vocational Technical School for Medical Administrative/Executive Assistant and Medical Secretary - Billing and Coding. Joelle also obtained a Notary Public certification from the NJ State Division of Revenue in January 2014.
