Thomas Zhao is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and data science. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Cognitive Talent Solutions, Thomas has previously held roles as a Data Science Consultant at SmartPass and a Software Engineer at Fanhouse.
