Prakash Prabhu

Prakash Prabhu is a seasoned professional in business transformation and technology, currently serving as a Business Transformation Leader at Cognitus since July 2025. Prior to this role, Prakash held various senior positions at Nielsen from April 2012 to January 2025, including SVP of Technology, where responsibilities included corporate platforms such as SAP S/4 and SuccessFactors, and VP of Global Solution Delivery. Prakash's expertise also encompasses project management and solution delivery, with previous roles at HSN, Tandel Systems, Savant Technologies, and IMRglobal/CGI, where Prakash contributed significantly to account management, business development, and e-business engagement. Prakash completed a degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Kerala from 1988 to 1992.
