Gurpreet Singh

Gurpreet Singh has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and software testing. Gurpreet is currently working at Cognixion as a Quality Assurance Manager since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Team Lead, Software Quality at Perimeter Medical Imaging AI from March 2022 to August 2022. Before Perimeter Medical Imaging AI, Gurpreet was employed at Alphatec Spine as a Software QA Lead from September 2018 to December 2020. Gurpreet also served as a Software QA Team Lead at IMAX from October 2017 to September 2018. In addition, Gurpreet worked at Natus Medical Incorporated as a QA Lead from June 2014 to October 2017, at Evertz as a Software Tester from June 2012 to May 2014, and at BlackBerry in roles including Test Engineering, Test Support, and RF Engineering from 2008 to 2012.

Gurpreet Singh's education history includes a Diploma in Wireless Telecommunications from Humber College, which was obtained from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Punjab Technical University from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Gurpreet has obtained several certifications. In February 2020, they earned the Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) credential from ASQ - World Headquarters. In February 2015, they acquired certification in Workplace Health and Safety from the Ontario Ministry of Labour. Furthermore, they plan to achieve the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2023.
