Ganesan Ramadoss

Ganesan Ramadoss, PMP®, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the IT and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Director at Cognizant since March 2014, Ganesan has successfully built customer relationships, managed multi-year cloud transformation programs exceeding 100 million in value, and led a practice of over 650 professionals in P&C insurance delivery. Prior to Cognizant, Ganesan held the position of Portfolio Delivery Manager at Capgemini, where responsibilities included managing work transitions to Chennai and overseeing agile teams for Guidewire Claims transformation programs. Earlier roles included Test Manager at Standard Chartered Bank and Consultant at Polaris Software Lab. Ganesan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bharathiar University.
