Kosheen Kaul has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Sr. Manager - Projects and Technology Architect at Cognizant since October 2015. Prior to this role, Kosheen held various technical positions at Wipro Technologies from November 2007 to October 2015, specializing in UCCE and Genesys Engage projects, as well as IVR development. Kosheen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from BMS Institute of Technology and Management, complemented by expertise in contact center technologies from Genesys and Cisco.
