Lars Sønderby

Lars Sønderby is an accomplished sales and business development professional, currently serving as the Nordic Sales Director for Financial Services at Cognizant since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading sales for enterprise-level financial institutions across the Nordics and Europe. Prior experience includes roles such as Chief Commercial Officer at BEKEY, Sales Director for Life Insurance & Pensions at Keylane, and Vice President of International Business Development at Schantz A/S, with a focus on the Netherlands and Nordics. Additionally, Lars has held positions in new business development at Schilling A/S and served as ISV Business Manager at KMD A/S. Lars has also contributed academically as an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School and holds a BSc in International Business from the same institution, complemented by additional education in business and language from London Metropolitan University and Danish Army Specialist School.
