Mark Schlichting

Mark Schlichting is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services, project management, and strategic partnerships across the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Alliances at Cognizant since April 2022, Mark collaborates with product teams to enhance services through third-party relationships. Previously, Mark held the position of Vice President of Client Services at Alpha II, LLC, where leadership was provided to a project-based team for a significant health system implementation. Mark's tenure at NextGen Healthcare spanned over nine years, with progressive roles culminating in Vice President, overseeing client satisfaction, operations, and a $70MM P&L. Earlier roles include Technical Account Manager at Noble Systems and Manager of Implementations and Support Operations at Borland Software. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Indiana State University.
