Nikhilesh Jha

Nikhilesh Jha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Director of SAP Program Management at Cognizant since May 2021. Prior to this role, Nikhilesh held various positions at IBM from October 2006 to April 2021, including Associate Partner and Program Manager. Nikhilesh began their career at Tata Motors as a Senior Engineer before progressing to Project Manager at Tata Technologies Limited from January 2001 to September 2006. Nikhilesh holds a Masters in Science with a focus on Mathematical Statistics from Delhi University, which was completed between 1993 and 1995.
