Wiktoria Timoszenko

Wiktoria Timoszenko is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in the field. At Cognizant, Wiktoria served as Recruiting Team Lead and Senior Recruiter from November 2021 to April 2023, collaborating closely with management and hiring teams to identify organizational needs and develop the recruitment pipeline. Prior to this, Wiktoria was an International Recruiter at Teleperformance Portugal from November 2016 to November 2021, where responsibilities included researching European job markets and creating job advertisements.
