Emma Sidlow

Emma Sidlow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Learning at Tree Yellow Corporate Training and Consultancy since September 2024, Emma has also held the position of Mental Fitness Coach at Cognomie Coaching since January 2020. Emma is the Business Owner of Zen Coaching Consultancy FZE and Zen Coaching Consultancy, a role started in September 2015. Additionally, Emma works as an Associate Coach at The Performance Coach and has prior experience as a Trainer and Management Consultant at Select Training and Management Consultancy L.L.C. from January 2017 to January 2019, as well as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant and Learning & Development Consultant at AQA from November 2010 to October 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Bedfordshire, a Diploma in Professional Coaching & Mentoring from OCM, a Level 7 Certificate in Human Resources, Learning, and Development from CIPD, and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from Crawley College.
