Eliot Harris

As President of CognoTech, Eliot leads Cognosante’s business across the health, defense, and civilian business sectors, spearheading overall program direction and strategic growth in those domains. Eliot is a seasoned executive with twenty years of experience in business development and corporate and financial strategy.

Prior to joining Cognosante in 2021, Eliot served in several executive leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton. As Vice President, he led the business development for the multi-billion-dollar Civilian Services Group. Throughout his career, Eliot has specialized in business development and corporate and financial strategy, implementing numerous initiatives to maximize strategic investment decisions, promote data-driven decision-making, and facilitate efficient and high-quality performance. His expertise spans across all markets in the public sector.

Eliot began his career at SRA International. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
