Matthew Brandon

Matthew Brandon has over 19 years of work experience in software engineering and management roles. Matthew is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Cognosante since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cognosante from May 2018 to February 2021. Before joining Cognosante, Matthew worked at UL as a Senior Software Developer from December 2011 to May 2018, where they spearheaded a project to redesign and implement a data warehousing system for large companies. Matthew also worked at Bondware Inc. as the Manager of Software Development from February 2007 to December 2011, responsible for maintaining and advancing their Content Management System. Earlier in their career, Matthew held positions at Beglobal Inc. as a Customer Service Manager from May 2004 to May 2006, and at National Health Corporation as a Records Assistant from May 2002 to April 2003.

Matthew Brandon earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Chemistry from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2003 to 2007. Matthew later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from MTSU from 2010 to 2012.
