Rosemary Holly

Rosemary Holly is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in various roles within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Technical Director of DecSecOps & Integration at Cognosante, Rosemary has held significant positions including Senior Technical Program Manager at GovernmentCIO and President and Chief Executive Officer at Luminara Consulting. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Systems Engineer and Technical Project Manager at SRA International, as well as working as an Independent Consultant for IBM/Homeland Security. Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Oklahoma State University, further supported by foundational education at Aramco Schools in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
