Yolanda Curtis

Yolanda Curtis is Vice President and General Manager for Cognosante’s Health business unit. In this role, she is responsible for delivering and growing the company’s work across Federal and state government health agencies as well as providing the strategic direction and business growth path. Yolanda leads the management team responsible for day-to-day operations of product and service delivery and is responsible for the management of P&L for the business unit’s program portfolio.

Yolanda has more than 20 years’ experience running large IT portfolios spanning informatics solutioning, data management, disease surveillance, cloud migration, health communications, program design, study and evaluation, and international public health capacity building. She has led sales, programs, and operations for commercial businesses and federal, state, and local government. Her international experience includes civil positions with the Army in Yongsan, South Korea.

Yolanda earned an MBA from the University of West Florida, and a Masters of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. She has completed numerous leadership programs and served as executive sponsor or board member for various organizations.
