Michael Sum is an individual with extensive experience in customer service and sales roles. Currently working as a Customer Care Team Lead at Vessi, Michael effectively processes and troubleshoots PureFibre orders for customers. Prior to this, Michael worked at FLG FrontLine Group and Ivanhoé Cambridge, where Michael handled customer inquiries with empathy and expertise. Michael also gained experience in sales at Pacific National Exhibition and Aritzia. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English Language and Literature from The University of British Columbia, Michael showcases strong communication and customer service skills in various roles.
