Iain Buswell

Iain Buswell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management, consulting, and leadership. Currently serving in a full-time contract role focused on group strategy at Marks and Spencer since February 2024, Iain has previously held several key positions including Director at Cognosis (2021-2024) and Social Enterprise Consultant for _SocialStarters (2020-2021). Iain took a sabbatical from 2019 to 2020 after the sale of Iris, where Iain served as Managing Director for the integrated Sydney office from 2008 to 2019, overseeing consulting and creative operations and acting as an equity partner. Earlier experiences include roles at Deloitte Consulting as a Strategy Consultant, J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst, and Procter & Gamble as an intern. Iain holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and an MSc in Business from the University of Bath.
