Shikha Gupta

Shikha joined Cognosis in February 2023 after graduating from Warwick Business School with a Full-Time MBA degree. During her MBA, she specialized in subjects such as ‘Strategy’, ‘M&A’, and ‘Corporate Finance’, further strengthening the business knowledge gained during her Bachelors.

Before pursuing her MBA in the UK, Shikha worked for 4 years in M&A Consulting at KPMG where she worked with leading multinational organizations such as Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline, and Mcdonald's on different strategy, integration, separation, diligence, and project management deals. Her strong fascination with the world of “Strategy” led her to join Cognosis and focus on delivering growth for clients across different industries.
