Shlomo Illouz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and service management within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Global Customer Support at Cognyte since May 2020, Shlomo has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Director of Africa & Central Europe Service Management and Director of Africa Service Management.
