Rhonda Hart Ed.d

Rhonda Hart, Ed.D, is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Founder of Project SOAR, LLC, which emphasizes supporting optimal achievement and resilience through social-emotional learning, mindfulness, and yoga in classrooms. As the School Principal at Southeast Middle School within Oklahoma City Public Schools since January 2007, Rhonda has been instrumental in developing successful Professional Learning Communities. Rhonda's extensive career also includes roles as a teacher in both Oklahoma City Public Schools and Moore Public Schools, where expertise in special education was applied. Additionally, Rhonda served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Central Oklahoma and as a Special Education Administrator in Northside ISD. Rhonda holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from California Coast University, alongside several other advanced degrees in related fields.
