Leonardo Feitosa

Leonardo Feitosa is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Justos, overseeing Claims, Assistance, and Customer Experience since July 2021. Leonardo is also a founding team member and Director of the Auto Business at Insper Angels, focusing on deal execution. In addition, Leonardo Feitosa is an angel investor with interests in CoGrader and Já Vendeu. Leonardo's prior experience includes leading operations at Massau, a company Leonardo co-founded in 2013 and later sold to Unilever in 2019, where Leonardo managed a team of over 40 individuals. Earlier career roles include a Product Analyst and Trainee at Itaú BBA. Leonardo Feitosa holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Insper and completed a post-graduate program in Data Science and Decision at the same institution, as well as an exchange program at The University of Queensland.
