Roaya Jannatipour has extensive experience across various roles in scientific research, mentorship, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Study Delivery at Cogstate since November 2021, Roaya has also co-founded and directed Camp Alima, a science and leadership camp for girls in Morocco. Previous roles include Medical Assistant at Marin Retina, Senior Weekend Director at the Middle Eastern and North African Retention and Recruitment Center, and Research Assistant at multiple institutions, including UC Berkeley and UCSF. In addition to educational tutoring, Roaya has experience in managing robotics programs for elementary students and conducting research on water filtration technologies. Roaya holds a Bachelor's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology with a minor in Global Poverty and Practice from the University of California, Berkeley.
