Richard Bundock

Richard Bundock's work experience begins in 1997 when they founded Inetive Ltd, a software development company that worked with major clients such as Cable & Wireless. Richard ran the company until 2005 and co-started several small .com companies during that time. In 2003, they founded Website Superstore and served as the founder until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Technical/Project Manager at MAD Productions, a leading eCommerce company in the UK.

In 2007, Bundock became a Technical Team Lead at Banctec until early 2008. Later in 2008, they worked as a Software Engineer/Coach at BAE Systems for a few months. Richard also joined Bright Blue Day Ltd as a Technical Lead from July 2008 to November 2008.

In 2008, Bundock co-founded Cohaesus Group, a digital consultancy that started as an advertising and marketing agency and eventually expanded its services. Richard held various roles within the group, including Managing Technical Director until December 2016. From December 2016 to March 2021, they served as the CEO of Cohaesus, leading the company's growth and specialization. In March 2021, they became the Group CEO, responsible for building a collective of specialists for the digital future.

In 2022, Bundock joined HeadChannel software development company as MD/CTO in residence. And in May 2023, they will start their role as Managing Director at Moriyama.

Richard Bundock attended Bournemouth & Poole College of FE from 1989 to 1991, studying Electronic Engineering and obtaining an A-Level degree.
