Marilee Scheid

Marilee Scheid, CIT, currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development, Senior Program Manager, and Learning Architect at Cohen-Esrey, a position held since March 2019. In this role, Marilee focuses on identifying, scoping, managing development, and delivering learning across all business units, collaborating with various stakeholders to foster a learner-driven environment. Prior experience includes roles at Intuit as a Senior Instructional Designer and Program Manager, where Marilee impacted global operations by developing comprehensive learning solutions. Additional experience encompasses digital strategy and project management roles at The Press Democrat and program management at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. As a consultant with Marilee K Groth Consulting, Marilee led assessment and development efforts and created best practice methodologies. Marilee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
