Mark Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark started their career as a Programmer / Publication Specialist at Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College in 1995. Mark then worked as a Web Developer at Iomega from 1998 to 1999, where they conducted business requirement analysis and developed key requirements and design specification documents. In 1999, Mark joined Keane as a Senior Consultant and later became a Client Engagement Manager. During their time at Keane, they successfully completed key projects, achieved high levels of customer satisfaction, and managed various aspects of project delivery including requirements gathering, design development, coding, testing, and communication. Mark then moved to YRC Worldwide, Inc. in 2006, where they served as the IT Manager, PMO. In this role, they managed IT projects and programs. Most recently, Mark worked at Cohen-Esrey as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, overseeing the company's technology strategy and operations. Overall, Mark has demonstrated expertise in IT management, project delivery, and customer satisfaction throughout their career.

Mark Fletcher attended Ogden High School from 1986 to 1990 and obtained their High School Diploma. Mark later enrolled in Weber State University from 1993 to 1998, earning a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.
