Tim Minson

Tim Minson has a diverse work experience spanning over 28 years. Tim began their career at Security Bank and Trust in 1992, where they served as the VP of construction and consumer lending until 2004. In 2008, they founded Minson Construction and worked as a Project Manager for nearly a decade. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Superintendent at Bear Claw Construction Management LLC, before joining Hamilton Builders LLC in 2018 as a Senior Superintendent. In 2019, they moved to Cohen-Esrey, where they worked as a Senior Construction Project Manager before being promoted to VP of Design and Construction in May 2020.
