Jaclyn Weiner

Jaclyn Weiner is an experienced investigator currently working at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC since October 2018. Previous roles include serving as an Investigator/Outreach Specialist at CACI International Inc, where investigations centered on allegations of harm against youth in a detention facility and community engagement in Ferguson. At Stein Mitchell Muse Cipollone & Beato LLP, Jaclyn conducted investigations into fraud allegations involving whistleblowers and collected evidence for various legal cases. Additionally, as a Contract Criminal Investigator, significant accomplishments included overseeing over 300 criminal investigations and successfully obtaining confessions and favorable witness testimonies. Jaclyn's early career included an internship at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, focusing on cold cases of missing children.
