Andrea Bielecki

Andrea Bielecki is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Cohere since May 2025, where collaboration with leading global life science companies focuses on harnessing AI to redefine business models and enhance customer experiences. In addition, Andrea mentors startup companies in the Neuro stream at Creative Destruction Lab since October 2023. Previously, Andrea held the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Red Nucleus from September 2020 to December 2023, specializing in digital strategy and innovation development. Andrea also served as the President and CEO of INVIVO Communications, a Red Nucleus Company, from January 2000 to September 2020, leading the digital healthcare agency. Andrea earned a B.Sc. Honors degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Guelph in May 2000.
