Alina Czekai

Alina Czekai has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Alina currently holds the position of Vice President, Value-Based Care Strategy at Cohere Health, starting in January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, where they served as a Senior Advisor to the Administrator from August 2019 to December 2020, and as a Health Insurance Specialist from December 2018 to August 2019. Alina also worked at Aspire Health, Inc. as the Director of Partnerships from February 2018 to December 2018. Their previous roles include Director at the Health Transformation Alliance from July 2016 to February 2018, Chief of Staff at both the Health Transformation Alliance (October 2015 to July 2016) and the American Health Policy Institute (May 2014 to June 2016), and Frédéric Bastiat Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University from July 2014 to May 2015. Alina began their career in the healthcare industry at The Leapfrog Group, where they worked in partnerships from July 2013 to May 2014.
