Kari Pfeiffer

Kari Pfeiffer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic execution within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Cohere Health since April 2024, Kari previously held the same position at UpHealth, Inc. from July 2022 to October 2023, where collaborative leadership and effective stakeholder communication were key focuses. Prior roles include Vice President at EXL Health, responsible for strategic business planning and cross-functional initiatives, as well as various leadership positions at Optum, contributing to automation, transformation, and population health management.
