Mike Sobolewski

Mike Sobolewski is a seasoned product management professional currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Cohere Health since January 2021. In this role, Mike leads the strategy and execution for the Product team, focusing on Provider Experience, Clinical Operations, Clinical Decisioning, and Clinical Interventions. Prior to Cohere Health, Mike held the position of Associate Director in Optum Technology and completed an MBA internship as a Product Manager at RapidSOS. With earlier experience at Epic, Mike progressed through various roles, including Director of Analytics Solution, Technical Coordinator, and Technical Services Team Lead, managing teams and enhancing healthcare software for major organizations. Mike's career began with a Product Development internship at Radio Flyer. Mike holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
