Janay Moore

Janay Moore is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the VP of Global People Partners at Cohesity since November 2022. Prior to this role, Janay held the position of Sr Director, People Partner at VMware from October 2021 to November 2022, and served as Sr. Director and Director of HR Business Partner roles at Splunk from August 2017 to October 2021. Janay's career also includes significant experience at Western Digital (acquired HGST) as Director of HR Business Partner for Quality Engineering & Global Supply Chain, and earlier roles at HGST in senior HR business partner capacities. Janay began professional experience as HR Director & Six Sigma Black Belt at AVer USA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
