Patty Stolnacker Koch

Patty Stolnacker Koch serves as the Vice President and Head of Global Government Affairs at Cohesity since June 2025, focusing on establishing the company’s government affairs function and leading brand interactions with policymakers on cybersecurity and AI. Previously, Patty held the position of Director of Global Government Affairs & Public Policy at Google from August 2021 to 2024, where significant advocacy efforts included a successful antitrust campaign, leading to over $500 million in cost avoidance. Patty's extensive experience encompasses roles such as Director of Global Government Relations at VMware, Executive Director of RightNOW Women PAC, and Director of Business Development at Siemens, in addition to positions within the U.S. government, including a Senior Advisor role at the GSA during the George W. Bush Administration. Patty holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and further studies in Russian Studies from Saint Petersburg State University.
