Patty Stolnacker Koch

Patty Stolnacker Koch currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Government Affairs at Cohesity, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Patty held the position of Director of Global Government Affairs & Public Policy for the U.S. and Canada at Google from August 2021 to February 2024, where leadership included advocacy on major product lines and a successful antitrust campaign that resulted in significant cost avoidance. Between November 2014 and August 2021, Patty was the Director of Global Government Relations at VMware, focusing on legislative advocacy in critical areas such as cybersecurity and cloud technology, achieving notable budgetary successes. As Executive Director of RightNOW Women PAC from September 2013 to November 2014, Patty launched the PAC and developed strategic donor relations. Patty's career began at Siemens, where Patty successfully lobbied federal agencies to increase sales in business development. Educationally, Patty holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a minor in Russian Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and has further education experience from Saint Petersburg State University.
