Adrian Burgess

Adrian Burgess has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. Adrian is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Cohesive, where they oversee the implementation of digital engineering and asset management solutions. Prior to this, Adrian held the position of Technical Director at PCSG, where they focused on improving business outcomes and sustainability through BIM and digital data strategy. Adrian also served as the Director of Information Systems at URS - Infrastructure & Environment, leading several successful projects such as the implementation of a Project Control Process system and the migration of data and staff onto a new finance system. Adrian's earlier roles include Information Systems Manager at Costain, Research Fellow at CRC for Construction Innovation, IT Project Manager at Barbour ABI, and Product Development Manager at BuildOnline. Adrian began their career as a Construction Planner & Package Manager at Laing O'Rourke.

Adrian Burgess has a strong education background, with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Building Construction & Management from the University of Reading. Adrian pursued further education at Birkbeck, University of London, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Science. Adrian completed their BSc degree from 1988 to 1991 and their MSc degree from 1996 to 2000.
