Leonardo Bastos

Leonardo Bastos has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Leonardo started their career in 1998 at Horizontes Internet, where they worked as a Suporte Tecnico until 1999. In 2006, they worked briefly at Braxis IT Services as an Analista before moving on to CPM Braxis Capgemini as a Natural/Adabas programmer. In 2007, they joined Sword-Nextech as an Analista and later transitioned to SIGGA as an IBM Maximo Consultant. At SIGGA, they gained extensive experience working on various projects across multiple cities in Brazil, initially focusing on technical activities and later expanding their expertise to include both technical and functional aspects. In 2015, they became the Chief Executive Officer of MaximoCon IT Services, where they held this position until 2022. During this time, they also briefly served as the Head of Operations in 2015. Currently, Leonardo is working at Cohesive as the Services Director, a role they started in August 2022 and will continue in their new position as the Support Services Director starting in February 2023.

Leonardo Bastos completed their college education in Software Engineering at UNATEC from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Colégio Padre Eustáquio from 1985 to 1992, where they obtained their first degree in the primeiro grau.

Leonardo also has obtained several certifications from IBM and OGC. In terms of IBM certifications, they obtained the following:
