Claudine Cohen is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in transaction advisory services, currently serving as Managing Principal of Value360 Advisory and Principal in the Transaction Advisory Practice at CohnReznick LLP since January 2014. Claudine has a proven track record as an adviser to both public and private companies on a global scale, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions and Healthcare industry expertise. Prior leadership roles include Principal and leader of the Healthcare Industry Group at Grant Thornton LLP, and Executive Director at Micofin Corporate Finance. Educational qualifications encompass advanced studies from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School, where Claudine completed the General Management Program and further studies in Private Equity and Venture Capital.
