Elena Mervine, CPA, is a seasoned professional in financial due diligence and transaction advisory services, currently serving as Partner in the M&A Transaction Advisory Group at CohnReznick LLP since November 2013. Elena's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Manager in Transaction Diligence at EY, President/Managing Member at Global Capital Advisers, LLC, and interim CFO at NYX Capital Advisors, where Elena managed SEC reporting and financial statements for public companies. Prior to these positions, Elena worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, focusing on audit and assurance services in the Media, Entertainment, and Technology sector, as well as serving as a Due Diligence Analyst for a financial consulting company. Elena holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and additional business and linguistics degrees from respected institutions.
