Jakob Kurfer

Jakob Kurfer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and engineering. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Cohu, Inc. since August 2019, Jakob previously worked as a Process Engineer at Cohu (Multitest) from September 2016 to August 2019. Prior to that, Jakob was a Projektingenieur und Gruppenleiter at Technische Universität München from November 2009 to July 2016, where responsibilities included scientific research in mounting technology and robotics, leading various research and transfer projects in battery production, and heading the mounting technology and robotics group from 2013 onward. Jakob holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, earned between 2004 and 2009.
