Lindsay Fluty

Lindsay Fluty, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University and National University. As the Global Talent and OD Manager at Cohu, Inc., and owner of LX Coaching & Consulting, LLC, Lindsay specializes in a variety of talent development solutions, including leadership coaching, succession planning, and employee engagement. Previous experience includes roles at Cubic Corporation and General Dynamics NASSCO, focusing on organizational development strategies, as well as coaching for The Honor Foundation, which supports transitioning Navy SEALs.
