Kweng Seng Lim

Kweng Seng Lim's work experience includes being the Overseas Manager at a private MNC (Confidential) since 2011. In this role, they are in charge of the Production, ME (Manufacturing Engineering), PE (Process Engineering), HR, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) departments. Kweng Seng manages a team of about 2000 employees and is responsible for ensuring production output, quality targets, equipment uptime, and efficiency.

Prior to this, Kweng Seng Lim worked at First Solar from 2008 to 2011 as a Group Lead, where they focused on driving factory yield system improvement through data analysis and developing improvement plans. Kweng Seng also managed suppliers for output equivalency.

Before joining First Solar, they worked at Renesas Semiconductor Malaysia, formerly Hitachi Semiconductor, as an Outsource Manager from 2004 to 2008.

Kweng Seng Lim completed their high school education at Chung Ling High School from 1991 to 1999, specializing in Double Maths. Kweng Seng then pursued a degree in CAD/CAM Engineering at the University of Malaya from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Kweng Seng Lim obtained several certifications, including ISO9001/TS16949 Internal Audit from Neville Clarke International in June 2008, OHSAS 18001:1999 Internal Auditor and ISO14001:2004 Internal Auditor from SIRIM QAS International Sdn. Bhd. in September 2006 and August 2006 respectively, and Measurement System Analysis from Neville Clarke International in May 2006. Kweng Seng also holds a 6 Sigma Green Belt certification, however, the institution and details of the certification were not provided.
