Caroline Haughey is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at FuturEnergy Ireland since March 2021, Caroline holds the sole responsibility for the HR function while reporting directly to the CEO. Caroline's journey in HR includes a concurrent role at Coillte, as well as previous positions at BEST Menswear, where strategic planning and employee relations management led to oversight of over 100 employees across multiple locations. Earlier experience includes consultancy roles for various SMEs, HR management at Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition, Mitie, and the Royal Irish Academy, among others. Caroline possesses a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Dublin Business School.
