Malwina Mróz

Malwina Mróz has extensive work experience in the Human Resources field. Malwina is currently employed at PayComplete, where they hold the role of Deputy Global HR Director, Global Operations HR BP, IT&ES HR Lead. Prior to this, they served as the Global Operations HR Manager at the same company. Before joining PayComplete, Malwina was the HR Manager at Magna Automotive Poland for eight years, from October 2013 to October 2021. Malwina also gained valuable experience as an HR Assistant Manager and Deputy HR Manager at Samsung Electronics Poland Manufacturing, where they served as an HR business partner for directors, managers, and production leaders. Additionally, Malwina worked as a Senior HR Specialist at Samsung Electronics. Malwina began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Grafton Recruitment Polska.

Malwina Mróz completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management as an Erasmus student at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2007. Malwina then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Poznan University of Economics And Business, which they completed in 2008.
