Andrew English

Andrew English has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Customer Support Engineer at Coin Metrics since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an ERP Support Analyst at Intact from March 2019 to November 2022, where they provided support to over 170 customers across various sectors. Andrew successfully resolved over 1300 tickets each year. Before that, Andrew worked as an Administrator at Irish Painters LTD from September 2016 to March 2019, performing general clerical duties and assisting with business strategies. Andrew also had a brief role as a Deputy Manager at Lidl Ireland in June 2016. Andrew started their career as a Sales Advisor at River Island in December 2012 and worked part-time based on their university workload. Additionally, they worked as a Politics Tutor at University College Dublin from September 2014 to January 2015, where they provided tutorial support to first-year politics students.

Andrew English completed their education in the following order:

1. From 2011 to 2014, Andrew enrolled at University College Dublin and earned a Bachelor's Degree in History, Politics, and International Relations.

2. Subsequently, Andrew pursued a Master's Degree in Nationalism and Ethnic Conflict from University College Dublin, which they completed between 2014 and 2016.

3. In 2020, Andrew attended the National College of Ireland and obtained a Higher Diploma in Computer Science. Andrew completed this program in 2022.

4. Andrew recently completed a program at Zero To Mastery Academy in 2023 to become a Complete Python Developer.

In addition to their formal education, Andrew also obtained two certifications. Firstly, they earned The Foundation Award from GAA in February 2019. Secondly, they obtained a Safe Pass certification from the Health and Safety Authority, although the specific month and year of acquisition are unknown.
