Lucy Grove

Lucy Grove is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in the housing and charity sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and Engagement at Coin Street since July 2023, Lucy previously held various leadership positions at the National Housing Federation, including Head of External Affairs and Director of Strategic Communications and Campaigns, where responsibilities entailed shaping external affairs strategies and leading impactful communication initiatives. Additionally, Lucy served as a Board Trustee at 1st Place and held public affairs roles at organizations such as NSPCC and Macmillan Cancer Support. With a Master's degree in Public Affairs and Lobbying from Brunel University of London and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Wales, Cardiff, Lucy combines academic expertise with a proven track record in public affairs and communications management.
