Michelle Ramirez

Michelle Ramirez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Director, Global Corporate Controller at Coinbase since November 2020, Michelle has held various roles including Director, Interim Corporate Controller, and Director, Platform Operations Controller. Prior to joining Coinbase, Michelle worked at Cubic Corporation as Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting and SOX Compliance. Michelle's career began at Deloitte, where a tenure from June 2010 to March 2020 culminated in the role of Audit Senior Manager. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University San Marcos.
