Kaushal Pawar

Kaushal Pawar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on strategy, people and culture, and aerospace science. At CoinDCX, Kaushal serves as the VP of Strategy in the Founder's Office, leading strategic initiatives. Previously, a career break was taken for personal goal pursuit. Prior to that, at Leap, Kaushal held the position of Director of People and Culture, and at Bizongo, took on the role of Head of People Success. Kaushal began a career as an Aerospace Scientist at the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO).
