Alina Demidova

Alina Demidova has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Alina is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at CoinPayments since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Room 8 Group from December 2021 to December 2022, where they managed the global HR Operations team and led various HR functions. Before that, they worked at Room 8 from November 2018 to December 2021, initially as the Deputy Head of HR Department, where they designed and implemented HR strategies, and later as an HR Manager, where they redesigned HR operations procedures and developed an induction program. Alina also worked at KNN Group as an HR Manager from October 2016 to June 2017, managing recruitment processes and ensuring HR compliance. Additionally, Alina worked at MICE as a Human Resources Specialist from January 2016 to October 2016, where they conducted recruitment processes, implemented an adaptation program, and managed HR administration tasks.

Alina Demidova holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from Kyiv National Economics University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017.
