Jennifer Biehn

Jennifer Biehn has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over several roles and companies. Jennifer currently holds the position of VP of Human Resources at The Evans Network of Companies since April 2022. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Penske Logistics from 2011 to 2022, where they held various leadership positions. Jennifer served as the Director of Human Resources for the East Region Operations, responsible for talent management, labor relations, and compliance for 2,500 associates. Jennifer also held the role of Director of Field Human Resources for the East Region Operations, where they implemented supervisor training and reviewed recruiting and retention processes. Additionally, they served as the Director of Human Resources (OD & Talent Management), overseeing workforce planning, staffing, and talent management initiatives.

Before joining Penske Logistics, Jennifer worked at County of Berks from 1998 to 2011. Jennifer held the role of Director of Human Resources, providing leadership and guidance to the department and managing all aspects of the human resources program for 2,500 employees. As an Assistant Director, Jennifer represented the county in collective bargaining and supervised staff responsible for employment processes and compensation. Jennifer also served as a Human Resources Generalist, providing guidance on employee/labor relations and administering compensation and training programs.

Jennifer started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Hechinger Investment Company from 1996 to 1998.

Jennifer Biehn received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources Management from York College of Pennsylvania. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In 1999, they achieved the Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Later, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM- Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
