Wendy Rudd

Wendy Rudd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial and regulatory sectors. Currently serving as Lead Independent Director at WonderFi since July 2023, Rudd holds multiple key roles, including Member of the IG Wealth Management Funds Independent Review Committee at IGM Financial Inc., and Canada Compliance Advisory Committee Member at Edward Jones. Rudd has been a Capital Markets Consultant at WAR Room Consulting and has held significant leadership positions such as Chair of the Board and Board Member at Coinsquare. Additional roles include Chair of the TMX Information Processor Governance Committee at TMX Group and Director at Mogo until June 2023. With a strong background in regulatory affairs, Rudd has also served as Strategic Advisor and Board Member for the Canadian RegTech Association, and was previously Director, President, and Treasurer of the Canadian Capital Markets Association, along with senior positions at IIROC.
